Hi, I’m Christine – The Heart & Hands Behind Powerful Roots

After years working in traditional clinics, I knew I wanted to create something different—something more personal and holistic. At Powerful Roots, I focus on treating the whole person, not just the injury. I come to you, listen intentionally, and create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

With certifications in dry needling, cupping, and strength programming, my passion is helping active adults recover, move well, and stay strong. Whether you're managing pain, returning to sport, or navigating your first injury, I’m here to help you feel confident in your body again.
